WE ARE A SMALL BOUTIQUE BED & BREAKFAST WITH A LIMITED ROOM INVENTORY AND FEWER
OPPORTUNITIES TO REPLACE CANCELLATIONS WHICH CAN SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACT OUR
OPERATIONS. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
Weekday cancellation notices received at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time will be given a full credit. (Sunday night thru Thursday)
Weekend cancellations (reservations which include a Friday or Saturday night stay) received at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time will be given a full credit.* The following holiday periods are excluded: Thanksgiving, Christmas, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, March Blooming Arts Festival, and the first 2 weekends in October (autumn leaves).
For these holiday periods, a two(2) week cancellation is required. Should you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to your reservation, you shall be charged for one night (plus tax).
If a smoking violation occurs in a room, a $250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee is charged. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that other guests and employees are not subject to second-hand smoke.
